Who We Serve
Emergency Managers

Globally, the number and severity of disasters have increased, but resources for emergency management have not kept pace. This chronic underfunding leaves emergency managers constantly triaging priorities, leading to resource gaps that hinder society’s ability to cope with and recover from large-scale emergencies and disasters.

We strive to support our hard-working emergency managers in a variety of ways including but not limited to the following:
- Disaster and Emergency Plan Development
- Resource Mapping and Silo Reduction
- Functional & Engaging ICS training
- Tabletop Exercises and Drills
- Project Management
- Consulting
- Public Outreach
- EOC Support
- After Action Reviews and Reports

Essential Organizations
We believe that those that give us identity, keep the fabric of our community functioning, and move us in the right direction should be just as prepared for hardship as large corporations and big-box stores. Additionally, we have seen that the level of preparedness of an organization and its members is directly tied to it’s stability, functionality and longevity. For more on how we support essential organizations, view our services offered.
Organizations We Consider Essential:
- Those that aid in disaster mitigation, preparation, response, recovery, or emergency management in any way
- Locally owned small businesses
- Faith-based organizations that actively help those in need
- Those that advocate for or serve minorities, those with unique challenges, or otherwise work to increase equity
- Local health and long-term care facilities
- Those that support local food supplies
- Those that are locally based and are involved in supporting or maintaining local infrastructure
- K-12 education entities, including home school groups
- Those that actively support animal well-being
- Those that are locally based and specialize in the trades
- Those that are dedicated to reducing the effects of, or are working to find solutions to climate change
- Neighborhood associations
- Local or state government entities
Kindergarten – College

A prevailing narrative suggests that climate change is overwhelming and frightening, with no clear path forward, and that leaders prioritize personal gain over the well-being of the planet and future generations. This perspective is unhelpful and needlessly alarming, promoting a vision of an inevitable and horrific future.
We believe that solutions can be found and that younger generations can have successful prosperous futures in developing those solutions. Our aim is to help them do so in a variety of ways.
- After School Programs
- Enrichment Activities
- Summer Camps
- Professional Development
- Leadership Opportunities
- Increased understanding of the systems that keep our societies functioning
